Shipping:

REGULAR POST

In most cases you will receive your items within 1 week, however, please allow 10-21 days for delivery after payment is received and processed. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier.

EXPRESS

In most cases you will receive your items within 3 days, however, please allow 3-10 days.

Registered Post is recommended.

Large orders will be sent by Courier and supplied with a tracking number.

Smaller orders are sent via Australia Post. For options such as Express or Registered Mail are available in checkout.

We also ship outside Australia. If postage costs do not come up in checkout, please contact us for costs.

We do not take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged while in transit. We recommend registered post for this reason.

Returns:

There are no refunds. We take care in supplying you with quality goods and safe packaging.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost while in transit.

We also do not refund for wrong choices, although in most cases, and on return of the unopened goods, we will happily exchange.

Payments:

We accept Money Order, Cheque, Paypal, Payment on Store Pick-up, Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard) and Direct Bank Deposit. For Bank Deposit please choose the Money Order/Cheque Option and continue through Checkout. Send us an email and let us know you would like to pay via bank deposit and we will send you the details. We bank with Bank SA (St. George Bank).
